lohver:

one of the best feelings is finally losing your attachment to somebody who isn’t good for you

hilmm:

O Allah, put barakah in my time.

ولا تجعل الدنيا أكبر همّنا

toastmybread:

[And oh Allah] do not let the dunya become the greatest of our concerns.

zekieya:

As a kid I used to have difficulty falling asleep often because I would think of what would happen after this dunya is over and we meet Our Creator. Thinking about it would make me so scared I panicked and had to leave my bed and go look for one of my parents or drink some water. As I grew up I kind of stopped myself from remembering death before going to sleep, because it would make me feel afraid that I didn’t make the most of my life on this earth to meet Allah. But now that I reflect on it, that is exactly what I need, reminding myself of the fact that Allah can make me close my eyes right now and never open again. May Allah forgive us for our sins and guide us to the straight path. Ameen

Make a habit out of performing wudhu before bed. You’ll have to constantly overcome laziness to do it at first, but over time you won’t feel at ease going to bed without wudhu anymore.

mywonderswhy:

My mother always said to me… “It’s better to be the one hurting, than to be the one hurting others.”

afghannaz:

May our last words be the shahada.
